Collaboration

Working with you at your pace

Coaching is a collaborative process so I am open to working with you in how you work best. An example of this would be changing the time and frequency of sessions - normally, there is one 45 to 60 minute weekly session, but if concentrating for that amount of time is difficult then we can split it into smaller weekly sessions.

 

Meeting online

I work purely online via video chat. This helps us both to feel relaxed, as we are both in a safe and comfortable space. I will always be in my home office but you can choose to connect from anywhere: a quiet space at work, from your home, whilst out walking, or even by the pool!

 

My style

I work only with adults. My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and fun. I am an advocate for neurodiversity (being neurodiverse myself) and for inclusion and diversity. I have so much experience in so many different areas (see my bio) that I am confident I can support you in your growth.

 

Four-step process

  1. I help you to clarify any issues and match them with executive functional skills.
  2. We will work together to create new skills and ways of thinking that you will experiment with.
  3. I support you as you embed new habits with regular sessions; accountability being an important factor.
  4. Finally, we work towards you leaving coaching with new habits and a new way of being.

Discovery Session

All new clients start with a FREE 30 minute discovery session via video call.

 

This gives us both the time to explore your needs, for me to explain how I work, and for us to get to know each other. 

 

We will be working closely together for some time so it is important that we both feel this is a good match.

Commitment

Coaching takes time, so I will ask you to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks of one-hour weekly coaching sessions.

 

You are making a commitment to me and yourself.

 

6 weeks is a realistic time to work on one major issue & to see improvements.

Session Designs

Sessions are conducted weekly via video call. 

 

Sessions are pre-booked into my booking system.

 

Each session lasts up to 60 minutes. We discuss your wishes and outcomes, any obstacles and how to overcome them, and then design an action plan for the following week. 

Charges

Each session costs: £100

This is the same cost if you choose to have one 60 minute session or two 30 minute sessions a week.

 

To keep you motivated, I also offer a 15 minute midweek catch-up session. This session is FREE. This is an important part of the process as it helps build momentum and provides accountability.
